EuRadioBot ("the app", "we") is a free Telegram Mini App that lets you browse and listen to publicly available internet radio streams from inside Telegram. By using it, you agree to the terms below.
1. Telegram's own terms apply first
EuRadioBot runs entirely inside Telegram as a Mini App and a bot. Using it means you're also bound by Telegram's own Terms of Service, which govern your Telegram account, messaging, and payments (including Telegram Stars). Where these terms don't say something specific, Telegram's terms and platform rules take precedence for anything happening on Telegram's own infrastructure.
2. What the service actually does
The app maintains a catalog of radio stations and links you to each station's own live audio stream. We do not host, proxy, rebroadcast, or otherwise touch the audio itself. Your device connects directly to the station's own server, exactly as if you'd opened their website. Station availability, audio quality, and content are entirely up to that station, not us.
3. Station listings
We curate which stations appear in the catalog and may add, edit, or remove a station at any time without notice, for example if a stream goes offline, changes ownership, or a rights holder asks us to remove it. If you believe a listed station shouldn't be there (broken stream, rights issue, or otherwise), contact us at the address below and we'll look into it promptly.
4. Telegram Stars purchases
Optional player skins can be unlocked with Telegram Stars. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a lifetime unlock. There are no subscriptions, rentals, or recurring charges. Purchases are processed entirely by Telegram; refunds, if needed, go through Telegram's own Stars refund process. The free themes are, and will stay, fully functional. Nothing about the core listening experience is paywalled.
5. No warranty
EuRadioBot is provided free, "as is," with no uptime or availability guarantee. We're not responsible for outages on our side or on any individual station's side, or for content broadcast by a third-party station.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
